"Some mysteries I’ll never understand: the way the Earth rotates around the sun, three minutes shorter every day. Or the way the dead are gone. Or putting down the phone or turning a corner. The future: that’s another whopper. We can never know what we can never know, except, that whoever you are, and whoever I am, you made it all right to be me."
Ben’s poem - Driving Lessons (2006)
my friend, Roel, sent me this picture today. It’s a wall in his kitchen and he wallpapered it with Nina Campbell’s Wisteria. He also upholstered that chair - I’m so damn proud of that Roel.
My Hidden Agenda
Last night when I was on Skype with my friend Kathleen she recommended numerologist Sally Faubion’s free ‘The Wizard’s Star’ to me. Now I totally love my hidden agenda and it so sums me up, lets hope life will really look like this eventually:
“Hidden Agenda Number 5
Freedom to come and go as you please, to think the thoughts you want to think, to adventure, investigate, travel the world, spend money freely, and to eat, drink and be merry all the days of your life — those are the dreams and aspirations of this Hidden Agenda. Moving in the fast lane, dressed in style, accompanied by progressive, broadminded people are some of the things that appeal to this number vibration.”

"A childhood without books – that would be no childhood. That would be like being shut out from the enchanted place where you can go and find the rarest kind of joy."
Astrid Lindgren
